As a Certified Professional Fitness Trainer with more than 11 years experience, I truly believe that with proper guidance and consistency everyone can successfully achieve their fitness goals. My goal is to guarantee a long-term healthy lifestyle for all my Clients by creating customized fitness programs that are safe and effective. I am extremely passionate about inspiring every person to lead a healthy lifestyle. I go beyond a good technique to ensure that the training sessions are fun and challenging. I have a vast knowledge of nutrition, body composition, training methods and a broad understanding of common physical injuries. Moreover, I have also trained clients with neuro-musculoskeletal and orthopedic ailments during my tenure as a fitness trainer in the Physiotherapy Department of Universal Hospital. My holistic approach in fitness training has helped me create a healthy balance of physical and mental fitness for all my clients. My personal training approach integrates various forms of training which includes cardio respiratory, body balance, core strength and agility training. I love to see my clients achieve their fitness goals which they though they couldn’t.
