At ROOTZ , we are committed to doing things differently which helps us create a distinctive fitness experience within a fun and friendly gym environment. Our trainers tailor the training and diet schedule to suit your body requirements. We have a wide range of fitness programs which are available in ROOTZ such as ZUMBA, AEROBICS, etc. Trainers will integrate these fitness programs into your training schedule which will help you to stay fit, while having fun. We also have special OUTDOOR SESSIONS on Fridays to help you have a more natural experience.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. By creating a stress to the muscles performed with free weights (e.g. barbells and dumbbells) or by using weight machines, these exercises will enable muscles to be activated and get stronger. It also improves your posture, sleep, mood and energy levels.

CORE STRENGTHENING

Core strength refers to the muscular control of the torso rather than pure strengthening of the muscle tissue. Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.

Bodybuilding makes not only a fit body, but also a fit mind. Bodybuilding has such great and healthy impact on muscle, bones and joints. Bodybuilding keeps your body and muscles strong and flexible. Body building increases muscle strength and muscle endurance. Well, moreover It also makes you look and feel good.

OUTDOOR SESSIONS

Having an outdoor workout can make you feel more energized, happier, and less tired. Open-air training is good for your mental health too. At Rootz we have special outdoor sessions on Fridays to help you have a natural experience.
